Utility

Today, $EDGE can be staked for an immediate reduction of trading fees on Definitive.

Reduced fee tiers are calculated based on total trading volume with a 30-day rolling lookback window.

As part of our launch, the first 1,000 stakers to stake at least 1,000 $EDGE for 30 days earn a bonus +1,000 $EDGE. A flat staked amount of 1,000 $EDGE unlocks all fee tiers until May.

In May, we plan to introduce tiered staking to scale the utility of $EDGE. Additional staked $EDGE utility coming soon.

Distribution

We’ve set aside 49% of the total EDGE supply to grow the Definitive community, with 16% distributed to Definitive users and external protocols in the initial airdrop.
