Definitive will never
We never hold your keys or your funds, so we never need them. If someone asks for any of these, it isn't us.
Ask for your seed phrase
Not in a DM, a support ticket or a "verification" form. Anyone with your 12 or 24 words controls your wallet.
Ask you to send funds
No "unlock" fees, "gas refunds" or "wallet sync" payments. Trades settle from your own wallet.
DM you first about your account
Support only replies to a conversation you started. An unprompted message about your account is not us.
